JOE N. JENKINS

President Joe has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management and management consulting in the federal and corporate sectors, including Westinghouse, Digital, ABB, Unisys Federal Systems Group, US Department of State, and US Department of Energy. He has managed public and private sector work in the US, Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East. He holds an MBA degree in International Business from the Johns Hopkins University and has completed executive leadership training at the JHU International School of Management. |
PAULA L. DRESSEL

Vice President Paula has over 25 years of experience as a university professor and administrator and foundation director, providing leadership on strategic planning, the incubation of new operational and programmatic ideas, accountability measurement, and racial equity. She has worked extensively in international education and social development in West Africa and Egypt. Paula holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Georgia and is a widely published author on social issues. |
