Senior Services Plan for GEDCO.  Prepared in partnership with the Jefferson Area Board for Aging in Charlottesville, VA, for the Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation (GEDCO), Baltimore, MD.  Proposes a strategic approach to services for lower-income elders  to age in community by (a) building social capital and the capacity for elders to help themselves and each other;  (b) utilizing and building capacity among existing providers, and expanding the consumer base for economies of scale; and (c) exploring organizational capacity to become a primary service provider.

ViableFutures
A Church Manual for Justice Ministry.  Prepared for the Annie E. Casey Foundation.  An outline for the creation of a practical guide for faith institutions to support those in, and returning from, prison -- and their victims.  Sections include step-by-step guidance for pastors to assess institutional capacity for such ministry, volunteer congregants to engage individuals and criminal justice systems, and those receiving ministry to move toward healing and reconciliation.

Casey Foundation.  Provides step-by-step guidance for the development of a website portal that can give trustworthy, up-to-date information to residents in the face of local disaster.  Intended for both emergency preparedness and disaster recovery efforts.

Responsible Relocation Road Map.  Prepared for the Annie E. Casey Foundation.   Offers a programmatic approach to ensure that low-income families displaced involuntarily by community redevelopment actually end up better off as a result.  Makes the case for this approach, gives examples of the approach in action, and provides issue-by-issue guidance on project management, regulatory issues, key partnerships, needs assessments, service provision, and evaluation.
